  To deeply implement Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization,systematically plan the concept of Beijing's garden city construction,explore new paths for the joint construction,governance,and sharing of the urban and rural living environment in the capital,and promote the construction of a garden city with characteristics of Fengtai District,forming a new calling card of"Beijing's First Garden District".The"Fengtai-Beijing Forestry University"International Garden Design and Construction Competition(National Students Garden Design and Construction Competition),as one of the important components of Fengtai's garden city construction(hereinafter referred to as the Garden Competition),closely focuses on the requirements for the creation of a garden city in Fengtai District,upholding innovation,green,environmental protection,sharing,and intelligence,to assist in the construction of Fengtai's garden city.

  To enhance the design and practical construction capabilities of landscape architecture students and industry professionals,and to promote the spirit of craftsmanship,it is hereby decided to launch the National Students Garden Design and Construction Competition starting from today.The"Fengtai-BFU"International Garden Design and Construction Competition series will be held in mid-to-late September 2025.

  In 2023 and 2024,the National Student Garden Design and Construction Competition has been successfully selected and approved in the"Analysis Report of National General College Student Competitions"(formerly the National General College Student Competition Ranking)competition catalog,becoming one of the only national professional events recognized by the China Higher Education Association with garden design as the theme.It will set sail again in 2025.We sincerely invite students and professionals in the field of landscape architecture and other related disciplines home and abroad to participate in the design and construction activities of the event this year.

  競(jìng)賽主題：生命花園
  ABOUT THE THEME：GARDEN OF LIFE
  本屆花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽主題為“生命花園”，以北京市豐臺(tái)區(qū)良好的生態(tài)本底和多元的花卉園藝為媒介，攜手海內(nèi)外高校師生發(fā)揮創(chuàng)意和想象，參與落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于“把首都建設(shè)成為一個(gè)大花園”的重要指示精神。

  The theme of this year's garden competition is"GARDEN OF LIFE".It takes advantage of the excellent ecological background and diverse floriculture in Fengtai District,Beijing,and collaborates with students and faculty from universities both at home and abroad to unleash their creativity and imagination.Participants are encouraged to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directive to"turn the capital into a grand garden".

  本次花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽主題為“生命花園”，設(shè)計(jì)師可以自行選用可持續(xù)的搭建材料和搭接方式，設(shè)計(jì)并建造一座小花園，花園總占地面積不得超過(guò)30平方米。
  本屆花園建造場(chǎng)地位于北京市豐臺(tái)區(qū)南苑森林濕地公園森林花溪，南苑森林濕地公園是持續(xù)建設(shè)首都花園城市的生動(dòng)實(shí)踐地、中心城區(qū)生物多樣性示范地、城園相融的活力場(chǎng)景展示地、人民幸福生活的樂(lè)享休閑地?；▓@建造應(yīng)符合南苑森林濕地公園是美麗中國(guó)建設(shè)在豐臺(tái)的濃縮之地、經(jīng)典之地、典范之地的定位，進(jìn)行創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)。
  The theme of the garden competition is"Garden of Life".Designers can freely choose sustainable building materials and connection methods to design and build a small garden.The total area of the garden must not exceed 30 square meters.The construction site is located in the Forest Flower Stream area of Nanyuan Forest Wetland Park in Fengtai District,Beijing.Nanyuan Forest Wetland Park is a vivid practice site for the continuous construction of a garden city in the capital,a demonstration site for biodiversity in the central urban area,a display site for dynamic scenes of integration between the city and the park,and a leisure site for people's happy life.The garden construction should conform to the positioning of Nanyuan Forest Wetland Park as a condensed,classic and exemplary site of Beautiful China construction in Fengtai,and carry out creative design.
  建造內(nèi)容包括一個(gè)景觀構(gòu)筑物以及與之配套的花園空間。其中，構(gòu)筑物占地不超過(guò)限定范圍，余地留作花園，構(gòu)筑物與花園必須有機(jī)融合，交相輝映，構(gòu)建展示植物與自然魅力的花園空間。場(chǎng)地位于觀景臺(tái)西側(cè)森林花溪景點(diǎn)，近森林書(shū)屋，距離北1門(mén)、西1門(mén)約600米，具備良好的空間引流潛力。場(chǎng)地距離服務(wù)中心較近，有開(kāi)敞草地和林下空地等多種空間類型，林地喬木分支點(diǎn)較低，平均高度2.5m。
  The construction includes a landscape structure and the corresponding garden space.The structure should not exceed the designated area,with the remaining space reserved for the garden.The structure and the garden must be organically integrated and complement each other to create a garden space that showcases the charm of plants and nature.The site is located on the west side of the viewing platform,near the Forest Flower Stream area and close to the Forest Book House.It is approximately 600 meters away from the North 1st Gate and the West 1st Gate,and has good potential for spatial diversion.The site is close to the service center and features various space types such as open grassland and forest clearings.The average height of the forest trees'branch points is 2.5 meters.

  本次花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽主題為“生命花園”，秉承花園城市的北京城市綠色發(fā)展要求，本屆花園建造要求建造一個(gè)強(qiáng)調(diào)人與自然界的生命力和諧共生的花園。它不僅是植物生長(zhǎng)的空間，更是一個(gè)展示生態(tài)平衡、人與自然關(guān)系的場(chǎng)所。設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)體現(xiàn)出生命的多樣性與活力，傳達(dá)出對(duì)自然環(huán)境的尊重與保護(hù)。“生命花園”應(yīng)是可再生，無(wú)論是其中植物本身還是其他建構(gòu)材料。希望參賽者從社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)等維度，提出花園可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)和建造的構(gòu)想，采用可循環(huán)使用或者可降解的花園建造材料和植物材料，使用可拆卸、非永久的結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)和連接方式，展示簡(jiǎn)潔、可推廣的搭建方式。
  Theme Statement:Garden of Life
  The theme of this garden competition is"Garden of Life".In line with Beijing's green development requirements for a garden city,competitors are required to create a garden that emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of human and natural vitality.It is not only a space for plant growth but also a place that showcases ecological balance and the relationship between humans and nature.The design should reflect the diversity and vitality of life and convey respect and protection for the natural environment.The"Garden of Life"should be renewable,whether it is the plants themselves or other construction materials.Participants are expected to propose sustainable design and construction concepts for the garden from social,economic,and ecological perspectives,use recyclable or biodegradable construction materials and plant materials,adopt detachable and non-permanent structural foundations and connection methods,showcasing simple and transferable construction approach.
  材料選擇：
  1）材料須便于獲取、采購(gòu)，應(yīng)具備可循環(huán)利用、可降解的特性，推薦使用原竹、木材等可再生材料，不使用一次性以及不可拆卸再利用的材料（如鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、混凝土、水泥砂漿、粘土磚等砌塊材料、復(fù)合保溫密封材料等），部分必要的結(jié)構(gòu)連接件可酌情采用少量金屬連接件；
  2）如花園有主體結(jié)構(gòu)，則應(yīng)以一種材料為主，其余輔材不得超過(guò)全部構(gòu)筑材料的30%；
  3）花園要求能夠充分體現(xiàn)花園中植物的魅力與重要作用，充分考慮競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)秋季開(kāi)幕的季相特征；僅限花卉和地被植物，提倡選擇體現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)氐赜蛱厣泥l(xiāng)土植物，須在組委會(huì)提供的材料表中選擇。不宜使用其他植物材料和設(shè)置水面。
  Material Selection:
  1)Materials should be easily accessible and purchasable,and possess recyclable and biodegradable properties.It is recommended to use renewable materials such as bamboo and wood.Materials that are single-use or non-disassemblable for reuse(such as steel structures,concrete,cement mortar,clay bricks and other block materials,composite insulation and sealing materials,etc.)should not be used.A small amount of metal connectors may be used for necessary structural connections.
  2)If the garden has a main structure,one material should be dominant,and the total amount of auxiliary materials should not exceed 30%of all construction materials.
  3)The garden should fully demonstrate the charm and significant role of plants within it,and fully consider the seasonal characteristics of the event's opening in autumn.Only flowers and ground cover plants are allowed,and it is encouraged to choose native plants that reflect local characteristics,all plant species should be chosen from the material list provided by the organizing committee.Other plant materials and water surfaces are not recommended.
  場(chǎng)地、材料體積及造價(jià)限定：
  1）單個(gè)花園總占地面積（投影面積）不得超過(guò)30平方米；
  2）單個(gè)花園內(nèi)主體結(jié)構(gòu)投影面積不得超過(guò)20平方米；
  3）主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度不得超過(guò)4米；
  4）應(yīng)充分考慮場(chǎng)地位于林下，周邊喬木分支點(diǎn)較低、植被郁閉度較高的特性；
  5）單個(gè)花園構(gòu)筑及植物材料及相關(guān)加工費(fèi)用不應(yīng)超過(guò)8萬(wàn)元。
  Site,material volume and cost limitations:
  1)The total floor area(projected area)of each garden must not exceed 30 square meters.
  2)The projected area of the main structure within each garden must not exceed 20 square meters.
  3)The height of the main structure must not exceed 4 meters.
  4)The characteristics of the site being under the forest canopy,with low branching points of surrounding trees and high vegetation density,should be fully considered.
  5)The cost for construction,plants materials and related processing for each garden should not exceed 80,000 yuan.
  建造要求：
  1）建成的花園需在室外自然條件下擺放至少1個(gè)月以上；
  2）花園整體（特別是主體結(jié)構(gòu)）應(yīng)堅(jiān)固、牢靠，不可通過(guò)澆筑基礎(chǔ)打螺栓的方式與地面連接，需考慮整體結(jié)構(gòu)在風(fēng)雨天氣候的耐受性；
  3）主體結(jié)構(gòu)要做到可拼、拆運(yùn)再次組裝，展覽結(jié)束后擇優(yōu)配合豐臺(tái)各個(gè)街道的城市更新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行展覽；
  4）需考慮設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、使用和拆除過(guò)程中的安全性，避免造成意外傷害；
  5）請(qǐng)按照以上規(guī)則進(jìn)行花園設(shè)計(jì)，否則將被取消參賽資格。
  Construction Requirements:
  1)The completed garden should be able to withstand outdoor natural conditions for at least one month.
  2)The garden as a whole(especially the main structure)should be sturdy and reliable.It is not allowed to be connected to the ground by concreting and driving in bolts.The overall structure's weather resistance in wind and rain should be considered.
  3)The main structure should be designed to be assembled,disassembled,transported,and reassembled.After the exhibition,the best ones will be selected to be exhibited in the urban renewal projects of various streets in Fengtai District.
  4)Safety during the design,installation,use,and dismantling processes must be considered to avoid accidental injuries.
  5)Please design the garden according to the above rules;otherwise,the qualification to participate in the competition will be canceled.

  競(jìng)賽參賽人員
  PARTICIPANTS ELIGIBILITY
  本次競(jìng)賽面向國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)景園林及相關(guān)專業(yè)在校本科生及研究生，鼓勵(lì)跨國(guó)、跨校、跨專業(yè)合作參賽。
  所有組別均須以小組形式報(bào)名參加方案征集，小組人數(shù)限于5-7人（含5人與7人），每個(gè)小組須確定1名指導(dǎo)教師。同一參賽者僅可報(bào)名一組參賽，不可參與多組報(bào)名，且每組團(tuán)隊(duì)只能提交1份作品，否則所在組均將被取消參賽資格。
  最終建造參賽名單需與競(jìng)賽報(bào)名名單一致，不得更改，每個(gè)小組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造須不得超過(guò)1名指導(dǎo)老師與7名小組建造成員，所有入圍建造階段的作品需由團(tuán)隊(duì)成員親自完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)搭建。
  The competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students at school majoring in landscape architecture and related fields both at home and abroad.Cross-border,cross-school and cross-disciplinary cooperation is encouraged.
  All groups must register for the competition in teams,with each team consisting of 5 to 7 members(including 5 and 7).Each team must appoint one instructor.Each participant can only register for one team and cannot join multiple teams.Each team can only submit one entry.Otherwise,all teams involved will be disqualified.
  The final name list of teams for construction must be consistent with the registration name list and cannot be changed.Each team can have no more than 1 instructor and 7 team members on site for construction.All shortlisted entries for the construction stage must be built on site by the team members themselves.

  競(jìng)賽參與方式

  本次花園設(shè)計(jì)建造競(jìng)賽將共有25個(gè)組進(jìn)入終審答辯環(huán)節(jié)，將遴選出10個(gè)優(yōu)勝方案進(jìn)入最終建造階段，根據(jù)建造成果現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)審確定最終獲得一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)的作品。同時(shí)，本次競(jìng)賽還將展示2組設(shè)計(jì)師作品。
  A total of 25 teams will enter the final presentation stage of the competition.Ultimately,10 winning teams will be selected to enter the final construction phase.The first,second,and third prizes will be determined based on the on-site review after the construction.Additionally,the works of 2 designer teams will also be showcased in this competition.

  1)Students can form teams freely to register.

  設(shè)計(jì)方案排布于一張橫向A0圖版上（高841mm，寬1189mm），JPG格式，分辨率300dpi，文件大小不超過(guò)30M。圖版中應(yīng)包含設(shè)計(jì)圖及設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明，文字須為中英雙語(yǔ)（或英語(yǔ)）。圖版中不得出現(xiàn)任何透露作者、指導(dǎo)教師及所屬學(xué)校與單位的內(nèi)容。文件命名方式為“注冊(cè)號(hào).jpg”，如：S045.jpg。
  2）方案提交截止時(shí)間：2025年3月20日23：59（北京時(shí)間）。

  競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)組織專家評(píng)審團(tuán)對(duì)參賽方案的設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意及建造可行性進(jìn)行評(píng)審，遴選出入圍作品，并通過(guò)終審答辯確定入選花園建造階段的實(shí)施作品。
  本次競(jìng)賽將共有25個(gè)組進(jìn)入終審答辯環(huán)節(jié)，遴選出10個(gè)優(yōu)勝方案將進(jìn)入最終建造階段，根據(jù)建造成果現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)審確定最終獲得一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)的作品。
  The competition organizing committee will organize an expert review panel to evaluate the design creativity and construction feasibility of the submitted proposals,select the shortlisted works,and the works for the construction stage will be determined through the final defense.

  在開(kāi)始深化設(shè)計(jì)前，組委會(huì)將根據(jù)評(píng)委和合作單位的意見(jiàn)，要求入選團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行基于實(shí)際建造可行性的方案深化調(diào)整。由合作單位向入選團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，直至完成深化圖紙繪制。
  入選建造階段的競(jìng)賽類作品均須繪制深化圖紙，以PDF格式提交組委會(huì)。深化圖紙文件為A3文本，包含平立剖深化圖，設(shè)計(jì)及建造說(shuō)明、設(shè)計(jì)尺寸、材料做法、節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造、細(xì)部大樣、預(yù)制構(gòu)件、施工進(jìn)度等。
  Before commencing the detailed design,the organizing committee will,based on the opinions of the judges and the cooperating organizations,require the selected teams to make adjustments to their proposals in light of the feasibility of actual construction.The cooperating organizations will provide technical guidance to the teams until the detailed drawings are completed.
  All competition entries selected for the construction phase must submit detailed drawings in PDF format to the organizing committee.The drawing files should be in A3 format and include detailed plans,elevations and sections,design and construction descriptions,design dimensions,material specifications,construction details,detailed samples,prefabricated components,and construction schedules.
  2025年9月中下旬：
  現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造、評(píng)獎(jiǎng)、頒獎(jiǎng)儀式及展覽
  Mid-to-late September,2025:
  Completion of on-site construction,
  awarding ceremony and exhibition
  1）入選建造團(tuán)隊(duì)于2025年9月中下旬參加在北京舉辦的“豐臺(tái)-北林”國(guó)際花園設(shè)計(jì)建造大賽開(kāi)營(yíng)儀式，并開(kāi)始花園建造工作。建造周期為3天。
  2）參與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造的團(tuán)隊(duì)需同時(shí)攜帶1:10花園模型到場(chǎng)。
  3）花園季組委會(huì)于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造結(jié)束后組織國(guó)內(nèi)外知名專家進(jìn)行評(píng)獎(jiǎng)。頒獎(jiǎng)儀式上將由特邀嘉賓為獲獎(jiǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)頒發(fā)證書(shū)。
  1)The selected construction teams will participate in the opening ceremony of the"Fengtai—BFU"International Garden Design and Construction Competition held in Beijing in mid-to-late September 2025 and start the garden construction work.The construction period is 3 days.
  2)The teams participating in the on-site construction need to bring a 1:10 garden model to the site at the same time.
  3)After the on-site construction is completed,the organizing committee will organize well-known experts at home and abroad to conduct the review.At the awarding ceremony,the invited guests will present certificates to the winning teams.

  競(jìng)賽參賽規(guī)則
  REGULATIONS
  1）參賽者同意并遵守本競(jìng)賽通知的內(nèi)容及競(jìng)賽規(guī)則，違反規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格；競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)對(duì)競(jìng)賽規(guī)則擁有最終解釋權(quán)。
  2）電子圖紙中不得出現(xiàn)任何有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)者姓名和設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的文字或圖案，不符合規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格。
  3）競(jìng)賽組織方擁有參賽作品署名權(quán)以外的其它版權(quán)權(quán)利，包括但不限于發(fā)行權(quán)，展覽權(quán)，信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)，出版權(quán)等，設(shè)計(jì)方具有署名權(quán)。
  4）所有參賽者需確保自己所提交的作品為原創(chuàng)且未參加過(guò)其他競(jìng)賽。
  5）參賽者不得接受競(jìng)賽評(píng)委任何建議與指導(dǎo)，違反規(guī)定者將被取消參賽資格。
  6）現(xiàn)場(chǎng)建造及頒獎(jiǎng)儀式等環(huán)節(jié)的具體日期可能受到不可抗力因素影響進(jìn)行調(diào)整，請(qǐng)知悉。
  1)Participants agree on and adhere to the content of this notice as well as the competition rules,otherwise he or she will be disqualified.The competition organizing committee reserves the right of final explanation.
  2)Digital drawings should not contain any author and institution names or logos,entries which are not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified。
  3)The competition organizing committee reserves all the rights other than authorship,including but not limiting to distribution,exhibition,information network dissemination,publication,etc.The designers reserve the right of authorship.
  4)All participants should ensure their submissions are original and have not been submitted to other competitions.
  5)Participants cannot receive guidance from the competition jury,otherwise he or she will be disqualified.
