  一、項(xiàng)目背景

  二、項(xiàng)目概況
  2、Project Overview白馬山康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)位于重慶市東南部,武隆城區(qū)西南部,南與貴州省道真縣毗鄰,西與南川區(qū)接壤,風(fēng)景優(yōu)美,生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)越。2025年1月,渝湘高速?gòu)?fù)線開通,增設(shè)白馬山互通下道口,重慶主城區(qū)至白馬山康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)距離約100公里(高速車程約1小時(shí)),白馬山康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)距離武隆城區(qū)的武隆高鐵站約32公里(車程約30分鐘),交通更加便利。The Baima Mountain Health and Wellness Resort is located in the southeast of Chongqing,southwest of Wulong City,adjacent to Guizhou Provincial Road Zhenxian to the south and Nanchuan District to the west.It has beautiful scenery and superior ecological environment.In January 2025,the Chongqing Hunan Expressway double track will be opened,with the addition of the Baimashan Interchange underpass.The distance from the main urban area of Chongqing to the Baimashan Health Resort is about 100 kilometers(approximately 1 hour by highway),and the distance from the Baimashan Health Resort to the Wulong High speed Railway Station in the Wulong urban area is about 32 kilometers(approximately 30 minutes by car),making transportation more convenient.白馬山康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)總面積約39.61平方公里,包括天尺坪、車盤、萬(wàn)銀3個(gè)片區(qū),是以愛(ài)情文化、茶文化、鹽文化、鄉(xiāng)村文化為主,集森林度假、生態(tài)觀光、文化體驗(yàn)、運(yùn)動(dòng)健身、休閑康養(yǎng)等多重功能于一體的綜合性康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)。The planned total area of Baima Mountain Health Resort is approximately 39.61 square kilometers,including three areas:Tianchiping,Chepan,and Wanyin.It is a comprehensive health resort that focuses on love culture,tea culture,salt culture,and rural culture,integrating forest vacation,ecological sightseeing,cultural experience,sports and fitness,leisure and health,and other multiple functions.圖片圖2:交通區(qū)位圖

  天尺坪片區(qū)現(xiàn)狀初步形成“一軸一環(huán)多節(jié)點(diǎn)”的整體結(jié)構(gòu),現(xiàn)狀用地以林地、農(nóng)田、茶園用地為主,山林植被豐茂,生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)越,現(xiàn)有永久基本農(nóng)田約75.75畝,未涉及生態(tài)保護(hù)紅線。規(guī)劃建設(shè)用地約2.1平方公里,已建已出讓用地約0.67平方公里(其中已建成用地約0.29平方公里,已出讓用地約0.38平方公里),主要為場(chǎng)鎮(zhèn)、旅游商業(yè)配套和康養(yǎng)居住等用地。現(xiàn)狀建設(shè)用地主要沿內(nèi)部環(huán)道交通沿線分布,以臺(tái)地為主,坡度較緩,大部分用地在坡度25%以下,其中南部和西部用地條件較好。The current situation of Tianchiping area has initially formed a comprehensive structure of"one axis,one ring,and multiple nodes".The current land use is mainly forest land,farmland,and tea garden land,with abundant vegetation and superior ecological environment.There are about 75.75 acres of permanently protected basic farmland and no ecological protection red line is involved.The planning construction land is about 2.1 square kilometers,and the land that has been built and sold is about 0.67 square kilometers(including about 0.29 square kilometers of built land and about 0.38 square kilometers of sold land),mainly used for towns,tourism and commercial facilities,and health and residential areas.The current construction land is mainly distributed along the internal ring road transportation route,mainly consisting of plateaus with gentle slopes.Most of the land is located below a slope of 25%,with better conditions in the southern and western areas.2019年8月,片區(qū)內(nèi)的天尺情緣景區(qū)開園,并于2019年被評(píng)定為國(guó)家4A級(jí)旅游景區(qū)。景區(qū)內(nèi)現(xiàn)已建成游客中心、白馬仙街、浪漫天街、飛天之吻、琴臺(tái)茶寮、茶體驗(yàn)館、天尺五酒店等項(xiàng)目,成為眾多游客度假旅游和避暑休閑之地。2025年,天尺坪情緣景區(qū)將取消景區(qū)門票,對(duì)公眾實(shí)行免費(fèi)開放,將旅游功能與康養(yǎng)度假功能進(jìn)行融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)景區(qū)和度假區(qū)一體化發(fā)展。In August 2019,the Tianchi Romantic Scenic Area in the area was opened and was rated as a national 4A level tourist attraction in 2019.The scenic area has now built tourist centers,White Horse Immortal Street,Romantic Sky Street,Flying Sky Kiss,Qintai Tea House,Tea Experience Hall,Tianchi Five Hotel and other projects,becoming a popular destination for many tourists to vacation,travel and summer leisure.In 2025,Tianchiping Love and Romance Scenic Area will cancel scenic spot tickets and open them to the public for free,integrating tourism functions with health and vacation functions,and achieving integrated development of scenic spots and vacation areas.

  三、設(shè)計(jì)范圍及要求

  (一)策劃范圍和要求:
  (1)Planning scope and requirements:1.對(duì)白馬山康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)(39.61平方公里范圍)進(jìn)行全域戰(zhàn)略策劃研究,結(jié)合武隆國(guó)土空間規(guī)劃整體結(jié)構(gòu),綜合考慮白馬山片區(qū)與武隆城區(qū)、白馬鎮(zhèn)、羊角鎮(zhèn)、仙女山康養(yǎng)度假等區(qū)域的功能產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)功能錯(cuò)位發(fā)展,提出整體區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)策略。1.Conduct a comprehensive strategic planning study for the Baima Mountain Health Resort(covering an area of 39.61 square kilometers),taking into account the overall structure of Wulong's national spatial planning,and comprehensively considering the functional industry linkage between the Baima Mountain area and Wulong urban area,Baima Town,Yangjiao Town,Xiannv Mountain Health Resort,etc.,to achieve strategies.2.聚焦天尺坪片區(qū)(9.5平方公里范圍),擬對(duì)標(biāo)莫干山、貴州等高端山地康養(yǎng)度假區(qū),按照“以康養(yǎng)度假為主,以旅游為輔”的原則,打好生態(tài)牌、文化牌、康養(yǎng)度假牌,充分發(fā)揮武隆低空經(jīng)濟(jì)先行試驗(yàn)區(qū)的優(yōu)勢(shì),提出整體定位目標(biāo),制定片區(qū)整體發(fā)展策略,謀劃整體功能布局,凝練白馬山的整體形象IP,打通康養(yǎng)度假與文旅休閑一體化發(fā)展的新業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展路徑,創(chuàng)建“養(yǎng)心、養(yǎng)情、養(yǎng)身”為一體的國(guó)內(nèi)高端康養(yǎng)度假勝地,點(diǎn)亮白馬山全球健康目的地名片。開展整體運(yùn)營(yíng)與管理思路研究,進(jìn)行初步投資估算,制定分期發(fā)展策略,描繪白馬山高端康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)整體發(fā)展藍(lán)圖。2.Focusing on the Tianchiping area(9.5 square kilometers),it is planned to benchmark high-end mountain health resorts such as Moganshan and Guizhou.Following the principle of"health resorts as the main focus,tourism as the supplement",ecological,cultural,and health resort brands will be established,fully leveraging the advantages of the Wulong Low altitude Economic Pilot Zone.The overall positioning development path of integrated health resort and cultural tourism and leisure will be established.A domestic high-end health resort integrating"mind,emotion,and body"will be created,lighting up the global health destination business card of Baima Mountain.Conduct research on overall operation and management ideas,make preliminary investment estimates,formulate phased development strategies,and outline the overall development blueprint of Baimashan high-end health resort.3.立足白馬山地形地貌、生態(tài)資源稟賦、市場(chǎng)需求等條件,按照“一線景觀留給公眾”的原則,在天尺坪片區(qū)9.5平方公里范圍內(nèi),精心謀劃策劃一批具有代表性的功能板塊和核心功能設(shè)施。相關(guān)功能設(shè)施項(xiàng)目應(yīng)有前瞻性,具備廣泛市場(chǎng)吸引力和可實(shí)施性。應(yīng)結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀懸崖、茶田、林地等自然景觀資源,以生態(tài)保護(hù)優(yōu)先為原則,策劃布局觀光體驗(yàn)、康養(yǎng)度假、康養(yǎng)社區(qū)等功能。策劃項(xiàng)目選址應(yīng)充分考慮地質(zhì)條件并結(jié)合地形地貌,從安全性、生態(tài)性等角度進(jìn)行充分論證,確保項(xiàng)目具有落地性。3.Based area.1.按照國(guó)土空間總體規(guī)劃相關(guān)要求,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有資源條件和策劃定位,合理確定建設(shè)用地空間布局。建設(shè)用地布局應(yīng)充分體現(xiàn)高端康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)各功能的聯(lián)動(dòng)性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性。遵循度假景區(qū)融合一體化發(fā)展要求,綜合考慮各組團(tuán)有機(jī)串聯(lián)和景觀資源分布,體現(xiàn)高山生態(tài)康養(yǎng)度假區(qū)“宜居、宜游”的空間布局特色。以“散點(diǎn)珠鏈”空間布局原則,合理選址和布局核心功能項(xiàng)目和康養(yǎng)社區(qū),確定片區(qū)用地建設(shè)指標(biāo)和容量指標(biāo)。1.According work.3.對(duì)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行方案意向設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)方案應(yīng)具有獨(dú)創(chuàng)性,充分結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀景觀資源和地形地貌特征,展現(xiàn)山地建筑特色,不得出現(xiàn)夸張怪異的建、構(gòu)筑物造型,注重與山體整體生態(tài)風(fēng)貌的融入。重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目的建筑應(yīng)成為白馬山經(jīng)典流傳的形象地標(biāo),體現(xiàn)生態(tài)和諧、天人合一的設(shè)計(jì)美感。3.Conduct   二、征集形式
  4、Form of solicitation本次方案征集將采用公開報(bào)名方式。公開報(bào)名通過(guò)資格審查遴選5家高水平設(shè)計(jì)單位(聯(lián)合體)參與方案設(shè)計(jì)。報(bào)名開始和截止時(shí)間以本公告第八條確定的時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。This proposal solicitation will be conducted through open registration.Publicly register and select 5 high-level design units(consortia)through qualification review to participate in scheme design.The start and deadline for registration shall be based on the time determined in Article 8 of this announcement.
  五、公開報(bào)名申請(qǐng)人資格5、Qualification of applicants for public registration(一)境內(nèi)申請(qǐng)人(含聯(lián)合體)須具備城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃甲級(jí)或建筑專業(yè)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)。(1)Domestic applicants(including consortia)must possess Class A qualifications in urban and rural planning or architecture.(二)申請(qǐng)人為境外單位的,須聯(lián)合國(guó)內(nèi)具備上述資格之一的設(shè)計(jì)單位參與本次征集,同時(shí)境外單位在其所在國(guó)家或地區(qū)應(yīng)具有合法營(yíng)業(yè)范圍,及相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)許可。(2)If the applicant is an overseas unit,they must participate in this solicitation with a domestic design unit that meets one of the above qualifications.At the same time,the overseas unit should have a legal business scope and corresponding design license in its country or region.(三)申請(qǐng)人設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)必須包含策劃、規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì),鼓勵(lì)與在康養(yǎng)度假策劃運(yùn)營(yíng)管理領(lǐng)域具有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的單位組建聯(lián)合體報(bào)名,聯(lián)合體成員不超過(guò)3家。聯(lián)合體合作方需簽署具備合法的《聯(lián)合體協(xié)議》,并明確牽頭單位、本階段中雙方的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員名單和分工劃分方式以及工作比重等。聯(lián)合體成員不得再單獨(dú)或以其他名義與其他設(shè)計(jì)單位組成其他聯(lián)合體報(bào)名。(3)The applicant's design team must include planning,planning,and architectural design teams.It is encouraged to form a consortium with units with rich experience in the field of health and wellness vacation planning,operation,and management,with no more than 3 members.The cooperative partners of the consortium shall sign a legally binding"Consortium Agreement"and specify the leading unit,the list of team members and division of labor for both parties in this stage,as well as the proportion of work.Consortium members are not allowed to form other consortia with other design units individually or in any other name to register.(四)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)要求:(4)Design team requirements:1、本次活動(dòng)要求首席設(shè)計(jì)師須出席啟動(dòng)會(huì)(含現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘和答疑)以及方案評(píng)審會(huì)等會(huì)議,并親自進(jìn)行相關(guān)匯報(bào);自啟動(dòng)會(huì)后,首席設(shè)計(jì)師和主創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘時(shí)間不少于3天;后續(xù)深化設(shè)計(jì)階段首席設(shè)計(jì)師需按業(yè)主要求參加后續(xù)相關(guān)方案匯報(bào)和溝通,設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)能按業(yè)主要求安排現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配合人員。一旦報(bào)名成功,則視為接受本條款說(shuō)明。1.This event requires the chief designer to attend the kick-off meeting(including on-site survey and Q&A)and scheme review meeting,and personally give relevant reports;After the kick-off meeting,the chief designer and creative team shall conduct on-site inspections for no less than 3 days;The chief designer of the subsequent deepening design stage needs to participate in the subsequent relevant scheme report and communication as required by the owner,and the design team can arrange on-site coordination personnel according to the owner's requirements.Once the registration is successful,it shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.2、參與本次征集的設(shè)計(jì)人員應(yīng)為設(shè)計(jì)單位的在冊(cè)人員,首席設(shè)計(jì)師由主持過(guò)多個(gè)同類型項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)師擔(dān)任,且須直接參與本次征集活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)全過(guò)程,為后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)提供技術(shù)咨詢。2.The designers participating in this solicitation should be registered personnel of the design unit,and the chief designer should be a designer who has presided over multiple projects of the same type,and must directly participate in the entire design process of this solicitation activity to provide technical consultation for subsequent designs.3、設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)包含策劃、規(guī)劃、建筑、景觀、交通、市政等專業(yè)技術(shù)人員,設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員配置應(yīng)包含但不限于上述專業(yè)。3.The design team should include professional technical personnel in planning,architecture,landscape,transportation,municipal engineering,etc.The composition of the design team members should include but not be limited to the above-mentioned specialties.4、在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中若首席設(shè)計(jì)師與資格預(yù)審材料所提交的信息不符、未經(jīng)主辦方認(rèn)可擅自更換或首席設(shè)計(jì)師不參與后續(xù)深化方案階段溝通和匯報(bào)的,則視為參加資格無(wú)效,主辦方有權(quán)解除合同并要求其承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任,同時(shí)對(duì)其單位和個(gè)人納入相關(guān)誠(chéng)信管理。4.If the information submitted by the chief designer during the design process does not match the pre qualification materials,or if the chief designer is replaced without the approval of the organizer,or if the chief designer does not participate in the subsequent communication and reporting of the deepening plan stage,the participation qualification shall be deemed invalid.The organizer has the right to terminate the contract and demand that they bear the liability for breach of contract,and at the same time,their unit and individual shall be subject to relevant integrity management.
  六、征集說(shuō)明

  Note:The key points of the scheme review shall be subject to the final released scheme solicitation task book,and the organizer may make adjustments according to the work arrangement.經(jīng)專家評(píng)審委員會(huì)評(píng)審為有效成果的,設(shè)計(jì)單位(含聯(lián)合體)將獲得相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。其中,經(jīng)綜合評(píng)審為第一名的設(shè)計(jì)單位(含聯(lián)合體)獲得該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)和深化設(shè)計(jì)合同,費(fèi)用共計(jì)330萬(wàn)元人民幣(含稅),其中設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)為150萬(wàn)元人民幣,深化設(shè)計(jì)合同總金額為180萬(wàn)元人民幣;第二名設(shè)計(jì)單位(含聯(lián)合體)獲得設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)100萬(wàn)元人民幣(含稅);其余符合征集成果要求的設(shè)計(jì)單位(含聯(lián)合體)將各獲得設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)70萬(wàn)元人民幣(含稅)。If the results are deemed effective by the expert review committee,the design unit(including the consortium)will receive corresponding design compensation fees.Among them,the design unit(including the consortium)ranked first after comprehensive evaluation was awarded the design compensation fee and deepening design contract for the project,with a total cost of 3.3 million RMB(Tax included),including a design compensation fee of 1.5 million RMB and a deepening design contract total amount of 1.8 million RMB;The second ranked design unit(including the consortium)received a design compensation fee of 1 million RMB(Tax included);The remaining design units(including the consortium)that meet the requirements of the solicitation results will each receive a design compensation fee of 700000 RMB(including tax).設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)和方案深化費(fèi)用相關(guān)支付細(xì)則以最終發(fā)布的方案征集任務(wù)書為準(zhǔn)。The payment details for design compensation fees and scheme deepening fees shall be subject to the final released scheme solicitation task book.(四)方案征集過(guò)程中發(fā)生的一切費(fèi)用及因設(shè)計(jì)補(bǔ)償費(fèi)、深化費(fèi)用而發(fā)生的有關(guān)稅費(fèi),由應(yīng)征單位自行負(fù)責(zé)。(4)All expenses incurred during the proposal solicitation process,as well as related taxes and fees incurred due to design compensation fees and deepening fees,shall be borne by the participating units themselves.(五)申請(qǐng)人(含聯(lián)合體)需保證所有報(bào)名材料真實(shí)、合法和有效,并承擔(dān)相關(guān)法律責(zé)任。(5)The applicant(including the consortium)shall ensure that all application materials are true,legal,and valid,and shall bear relevant legal responsibilities.(六)本次征集活動(dòng)中接收的所有設(shè)計(jì)成果均不退回,設(shè)計(jì)單位(聯(lián)合體)提交的項(xiàng)目成果文件的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)歸主辦方所有。(6)All design results received in this solicitation activity will not be returned,and the intellectual property rights of the project deliverables submitted by the design unit(consortium)belong to the organizer.(七)本公告為中英文對(duì)照說(shuō)明,最終解釋語(yǔ)言以中文為準(zhǔn)。(7)This announcement is a bilingual explanation in both Chinese and English.The final interpretation language shall be in Chinese.
  七、成果要求
  7、Achievement requirements(一)公開報(bào)名資格預(yù)審成果:應(yīng)征文件包含申請(qǐng)人單位和相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)介紹(PPT文件格式)、申請(qǐng)人報(bào)名表、資質(zhì)證明文件、申請(qǐng)人及首席設(shè)計(jì)師相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)、主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員表及相關(guān)證明材料等內(nèi)容;如為聯(lián)合體報(bào)名,須提交聯(lián)合體協(xié)議、聯(lián)合體成員工作分工方案。(詳見(jiàn)附件1-8)(1)Pre qualification results for public registration:The application documents include an introduction to the applicant's unit and relevant performance(PPT file format),the applicant's registration form,qualification certification documents,relevant performance of the applicant and chief designer,a list of members of the main creative design team,and relevant certification materials;If registering for a consortium,the consortium agreement and the work division plan of the consortium members must be submitted.(See Appendix 1-8 for details)(二)方案征集階段成果:征集階段設(shè)計(jì)成果主要包括設(shè)計(jì)文本、展板及多媒體匯報(bào)文件等,其中設(shè)計(jì)文本由設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明和圖紙組成。設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明主要包括整體策劃、方案構(gòu)思、重大功能項(xiàng)目一覽表、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)等;圖紙主要包括規(guī)劃總平面圖、土地利用規(guī)劃圖、整體鳥瞰效果圖、重要節(jié)點(diǎn)空間效果圖、重點(diǎn)建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)效果圖、平面圖、設(shè)計(jì)分析圖等;多媒體演示時(shí)間不超過(guò)15分鐘。(具體以最終發(fā)布的方案征集任務(wù)書為準(zhǔn))(2)Results of the scheme solicitation stage:The design results of the solicitation stage mainly include design texts,exhibition boards,and multimedia report files,among which the design texts consist of design specifications and drawings.Design specifications mainly include overall planning,conceptual design,list of major functional projects,technical and economic indicators,etc;The drawings mainly include the overall planning plan,land use planning plan,overall bird's-eye view rendering,important node space rendering,key building scheme design rendering,floor plan,design analysis drawing,etc;The multimedia presentation time shall not exceed 15 minutes.(Please refer to the final proposal solicitation task book for details)(三)方案深化階段成果:主要包括按照相關(guān)會(huì)議意見(jiàn),對(duì)征集策劃方案進(jìn)行整合優(yōu)化,形成整合成果,凝練白馬山整體目標(biāo)定位和對(duì)外形象宣傳IP,并制作不少于1分鐘的整體方案動(dòng)畫。深化完善功能布局,結(jié)合策劃方案內(nèi)容對(duì)現(xiàn)狀建設(shè)用地范圍和邊界進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,形成規(guī)劃用地深化成果。深化整體空間形態(tài),深化重要節(jié)點(diǎn)空間意象空間方案,編制分區(qū)風(fēng)貌建設(shè)管控導(dǎo)則,空間形態(tài)深化成果應(yīng)達(dá)到詳細(xì)城市設(shè)計(jì)深度,確保意象空間方案能有效管控和指導(dǎo)后續(xù)詳細(xì)方案。深化重要標(biāo)志性建筑意向方案,確保方案理念能完整、順利的貫徹在后期建筑詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)方案中。深化完善白馬山互通門戶區(qū)域風(fēng)貌提升方案,落實(shí)遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展具體選址范圍和建設(shè)規(guī)模。(具體以最終簽訂的深化合同內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn))(3)The results of the deepening stage of the plan mainly include integrating and optimizing the collected planning schemes according to the opinions of relevant meetings,forming integrated results,condensing the overall target positioning and external image promotion IP of Baima Mountain,and producing an overall plan animation of no less than 1 minute.Deepen and improve the functional layout,optimize the current construction land scope and boundaries based on the content of the planning scheme,and form the results of deepening the planning land use.Deepen the overall spatial form,deepen the spatial image spatial scheme of important nodes,formulate guidelines for the construction and control of zoning style,and the results of spatial form deepening should reach the depth of detailed urban design to ensure that the image spatial scheme can effectively control and guide subsequent detailed schemes.Deepen the intention scheme of important iconic buildings to ensure that the concept of the scheme can be fully and smoothly implemented in the later detailed design scheme of the building.Deepen and improve the plan for enhancing the appearance of the Baima Mountain Interchange gateway area,and implement specific site selection and construction scale for long-term development.(The specific content shall be subject to the final deepening contract signed)
